Registration of participants

Registration and all reservations for the Congress must be made by completing the Registration form (available at: https://forms.gle/wvwzhAGAWyS59HLe9)

Participation fee: 420 euro

What does the participation fee includes:

Accommodation for 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th of September at Yundola Experimental and Training Students Camp, food and coffee breaks for the whole Congress, transportation Sofia airport - Yundola – Sofia airport and the internal transport throughout the Congress period.

Not included in the Congress fee:

Additional accommodation in Sofia on 5^th of September.

 

Please note that registrations will only be effective upon receipt of the total amount of the participation fee, which should be paid to the following bank account:

The additional excursion can be ordered and paid separately even after paying the participation fee.

For the registrars to verify your payment it is important that you consign your name along with the bank transfer.

All bank charges must be covered by the sender.

 

Reservation and cancellation policy

Any cancellation or change to your registration must be sent to email address fp.congress.2024@gmail.com  under the following conditions:

 

Cancellation

Until August 15, 2024: fee refund minus 40 euro administrative fee.

After August 15, 2024: no refund.
