For those, wishing to present a workshop, they should send a short summary of the workshop to fp.congress.2024@gmail.com by 15 July, 2024. (Use the attached description).
In the period from August 15 to September 2, everyone will have the opportunity to choose and register for participation in the individual small working spaces during the second Congress day.
Each participant can be presented in only one working space.

Key dates to remember
01 May – Registration for the Congress opens and publication of the preliminary Congress program;
July 15 – deadline for registration of participants;
July 15 – deadline for sending a brief description of the workshop activities
July 15 – deadline for payment of the Congress participation fee;
August 20 – deadline for keynote speakers to submit presentations and abstracts.
August 15 - September 2 – selection for participation in a small working group on September 4th.
Accommodation
Accommodation for the participants is provided in shared rooms in the student campus of the Training and Experimental Forest Range (TEFR) "G. St. Avramov", Yundola village, with 12 double and 37 triple rooms. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and a terrace.
